The Cloak of many faces is a ceremonial piece created over the course of 6 years, for the wedding of the artist Jori Jori, to her partner, Camen Hodges.
The piece stands roughly 5’ x 3’ x 2’ and features french knot work (shoulders,) button and bead embroidery, and hundredes of individually hand crafted ceramic faces.
The piece is entirely hand sewn over hundreds of hours.

These pieces are based off the Scandinavian fairy tale, started in 2023 and Completed in 2024 for the gallery show.

It features hand dyed paper bag pieces, beadwork, button work and human hair and feather details. It is entirely hand sewn over roughly 150 hours

The White bear is a mixed media soft sculpture piece that stands 4.5’ x 3’ x 2.5" and is part of the "East of the Sun, West of the Moon" Series.
It features hand scavenged oyster shells glued to a wool backing, surrounded by needle felting. The piece highlights beadwork buttonwork, and needle felting, and took close to 120 hours.

Moon child is a small snail creature, made with hand sewn elements, glue and decorated with feathers.
The beautiful snail shell is from a "Moon Snail," an aqautic snail that lives off the coast in BC, Canada.

A small dish brimming with snails, these tiny creatures sit around 2 inches high each, and are made with sea snail shells found on the California coast.
This piece features hand sewn elements, beadwork and found objects.

Twins or cousins, these two snails feature large "Moon Snail" shells, and a collection of found shells, feathers and beadwork.

One of the time travellers was featured in the 2023 Feature Film "Donna and Ally" (Where Jori worked in the art department, and had a credited roll as "Nunn")

After having a large breast mass removed in 2025, the surgeon refused to allow me to look at the tumour. This is my interpretation based off of the clinical information provided.

These two dolls are hand made ceramic, fired in a smoke fire kiln.
They both Feature hand sewn velvet bodies, and
"The Mother" uses the hair of the artist.

The original concept, Mirror Mask - 1, is a hand held embroidered art object. Featuring bead embroidery witn pearls, and shell buttons.
